Billed on your Shopify invoice. Marketplace fees are usage charges up to the cap you approve, charged weekly, excluding shipping, tax and refunded orders (a refund after the charge is credited back). Creator collabs are $99 + $10 per 1,000 followers on the posting platform, up to 100k followers (larger creators quoted), each a one-time charge you approve when you book a creator who accepted. Done-for-you campaigns are quoted individually and billed as a one-time charge you approve.

Creator content
How much does a creator sponsorship cost?
$99 + $10 per 1,000 followers on the platform they post to, up to 100k followers; larger creators are quoted. You see each creator's price before you invite them. Inviting is free: when a creator accepts, you pay their price once to book them. Creator sponsorships are in beta.
What's included in a sponsored post?
The creator films your product, you approve the video or ask for a revision, and they post it to their own audience, labeled as an ad, and keep it up for at least 30 days. You get the video file too.
Who can use the videos?
You can. Once the creator is paid, you can use the video in your ads and on your own channels, forever, and edit it (crop, captions, music, logo, combining clips).
Can you run the campaign for me?
Yes. Done-for-you creator campaigns are quoted individually. Contact us for a quote.
Do I need a Shopify store?
Yes. Affilitrak is a Shopify app, and creator collabs are booked and paid inside it.

Is the affiliate app really free?
Yes. Tracking, commissions, and PayPal payouts have no monthly fee or referral-revenue cap, and affiliates you bring yourself carry no fee. Affilitrak charges only for results it brings you: marketplace affiliates and creator collabs.
Can I turn creators into affiliates?
Yes. Once a creator delivers for you, give them a referral link or coupon code and track the sales their posts drive like any other affiliate.
Can I migrate an existing program?
Yes. Affilitrak support can help import affiliates from your current app so they can use the portal and keep earning commissions.
How are affiliates tracked and paid?
Affilitrak attributes sales through referral links and coupon codes, calculates commissions (flat, tiered, or multi-level), and supports scheduled PayPal payouts when affiliates hit your threshold.
